1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or contact channels
• Prices are fixed unless changes are made to the booking
• Payments must be completed as agreed at the time of booking

2. Cancellations

• Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

3. Service Responsibility

• We aim to provide timely and reliable service, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details

4. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers
• Any damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges

5. Liability

• Prestige Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic
• We are not liable for lost or forgotten items in the vehicle

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
